Ok now, just when you thought you were getting a handle on rose, this one shows up. Made of mostly garnacha, from the vineyards sites without direct sun exposure, in order to retain acidity. The wine sees some oak, and 3 months on its lees resulting in rich favors to balance the crisp acidity. Tart apricot and faint berry aromas waft from the glass and morph into nutty, slightly sweet, apricot Kuchen flavors. A fresh, crisp finish ties it all together.
