Stainless steel aged and matured, the Blanc Seleccio is kept on its lees in the months prior to bottling. Intensely mineral, the Seleccio also offers a subtle perfumed character.

Sourced from 270 separate farmers located throughout Chablis, this cooperative bottling is aged for 6 months on the fine lees. The vines employed average around 20 years of age.

90% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot, 3% Colorino, 2% Malvasia Nera
Sourced from no less than 7 distinct sites ranging in elevation and soil composition, the Fonterutoli is aged for 12 months in French oak of which 40% is first use. The fruit is picked by hand and Mazzei has been producing this bottling since 1900.
