Stainless steel aged and matured, the Blanc Seleccio is kept on its lees in the months prior to bottling. Intensely mineral, the Seleccio also offers a subtle perfumed character.

Sourced from no less than 7 distinct sites ranging in elevation and soil composition, the Fonterutoli is aged for 12 months in French oak of which 40% is first use. The fruit is picked by hand and Mazzei has been producing this bottling since 1900.
