The most important production at Domaine Salvard, the classic Cheverny Blanc offers the piquancy of Sauvignon Blanc and the roundness of Chardonnay. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.

Patrick Piuze produces no less than 8 subzone specific Chablis. The grapes are all hand harvested and the wine is fermented in stainless steel. The vineyard source for Fleys is located near the 1er Cru of Mont Milieu.

Nestled amongst oak and pine forests Domaine Gavoty produces an array of Rose and white wines. The Grand Classique Rose is composed predominantly of Cinsault planted on limestone. The wine is fermented in a combination of concrete and stainless steel tank.
