From a small parcel which measures just 2.4 acres Jean-Baptiste produces this bottling from the 1er cru Fichets. A young producer, Boudoir has only been elaborating his own wines since 2015. The Fichots cuvee is sourced from 65-year-old vines planted in iron rich red clay. The resulting wine is fermented with native yeast and aged for 18 months in 15% new French oak.
