2023 Catenac Brown Alto Blanc

90% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Semillon
Fermented entirely in oak barrels, Cantenac Brown’s Alto Blanc is aged for around 12 months in mostly used barrels. The lees are stirred regularly during elevage, imparting complex white fruit flavors and a round texture.
2019 Catenac Brown Brio Rouge

60% Merlot, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc
The Merlot for the Brio cuvee was harvested about two weeks prior to the Cabernet components of the blend. The wine is aged in small French oak barrels of which 20% are first use.

Picked slightly earlier than the 2005 and 2016, the 2019 is a ripe, forward left bank red. The wine was aged in the same manner as the previous vintages and offers a complete Margaux marked by delicate floral aromas and persistent red fruit flavors.
