Collotte’s is a textbook example, firm and rich with plenty of red fruit. The vines employed are between 30 and 60 years of age and the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel. |

Primarily focused on white, Thibault has shown a deft hand with his reds and is considered one of the premier winemakers in the village. |
