30 year-old vines planted in a combination of chalk and gravel inform this freshly styled Pinot Bianco. The wine is aged in stainless steel (80%) and large casks (20%) for 5 months.
2022 Sartarelli Balciana

100% Verdicchio
Harvested in mid-November, the grapes for the Balciana bottling are known to achieve 14.5-15.5% alcohol. This late harvest wine, while technically dry, is notable for its concentration and exotic persona.

All the grapes for Col d’Orcia’s Brunello are hand harvested and sourced from estate vineyards in the southern part of Montalcino. The wine was aged for three years in large casks followed by one year refinement in bottle.

Cannonau is the Sardinian name for the Grenache varietal. Pala’s Cannonau Riserva was aged for 12 months in large casks. The wines produced from the varietal on the island exhibit a certain wildness and spice.
