2023 Gerard Mugneret Bourgogne Rouge

Vosne Romanée & Chambolle / Côte de Nuits / France
100% Pinot Noir
Sourced from vines in and nearby the villages of Vosne Romanee and Chambolle Musigny, Mugneret’s Bourgogne Rouge is the product of 40 year-old vines. The wine is fermented using native yeast and aged for 12-18 months in 10-15% new French oak barrels.
2019 Fossacolle Brunello

100% Sangiovese
Created from the Sangiovese Grosso clone, Fossacolle’s Brunello spends 12 months in large casks, 12 months in used small barrels, and 12 months in tanks prior to bottling. Only the estate’s oldest vines are employed for this bottling.

Domaine de Rombeau has been producing wine in the Agly Valley of Rivesaltes for several centuries. While the primary focus at the outset was the production of sweet wines, the domaine now also offers dry reds and whites sourced from sustainably and organically farmed vineyards.

A dense example of the Mourvedre varietal, the powerful Bandol from Terre Brune is built to age for several more decades. The wine was aged for 18 months in large foudre. 
2021 Ca’ la Bionda Ripasso Malavoglia

70% Corvina, 20% Corvione, 5% Molinara, 5% Rondinella
The Ripasso process involves passing and re-fermenting the Valpolicella grapes over leftover Amarone skins. This technique produces a deeper expression of Valpolicella. 
2018 St Supery Dollarhide

100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Harvested as late as early November, St Supery’s Dollarhide Cabernet is the product of the Dollarhide vineyard. The wine was aged for 19 months in 62% new French oak barrels.
