A blend of three traditional white Douro cultivars, this richly textured Reserva partially spends four months in seasoned oak barrels. All the grapes are hand harvested and the wine is fermented using indigenous yeast.

Crisp and white fruit inflected, the Jansz Premium Brut is sourced from the north side of Tasmania. Secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle, with the base wines being aged in stainless steel and small oak barrels.
