The Juillot family has been cultivating grapes in the Cote Chalonnaise for four generations. The Bourgogne Blanc is sourced from 25-40 year-old vines planted in clay and limestone. Aging takes place in both small barrels and large casks.

Planted in well draining soils and featuring ideal southeast exposure, the vines employed for Dauvissat’s Sechet bottling are roughly 20 years of age. This venerable estate has been estate bottling since the 1960’s.

Old vines (planted in 1963 and 1970) located between Volnay and Meursault  are employed to create this rustic, chunky Bourgogne Rouge. The wine is aged in previously used oak casks for 12 months, allowing for a soft, broad texture without the flavor of wood.

40-60 year-old vines inform this rather powerful Volnay. The wine is fermented using native yeast and aged for 15 months in French oak barrels of which 15% are first use.

Sourced from two very old parcels located nearby the Grand Cru of Bonnes Mares, Lignier-Michelot’s Chambolle Vieilles Vignes is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, 20% of which are first use.
