Perhaps best known when planted on the island of Santorini, Assyrtiko also thrives in the elevated areas of Attica. Papagiannakos’ example is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel.

Nestled amongst oak and pine forests Domaine Gavoty produces an array of Rose and white wines. The Grand Classique Blanc is the product of 100% Rolle planted on limestone. The wine is fermented in a combination of concrete and stainless steel tank.

100% Cataratto
Sourced from the south-central part of Sicily Censo’s Paruar is produced from 100% Cataratto which has been aged on its skins for three weeks. The resulting “orange wine” is bottled without fining or filtration.

Forward and inviting, Buil Gine’s 17 XI showcases the largely granitic soils from which it emanates. The wine is aged for 4 – 6 months in American oak barrels and an additional few months in bottle prior to release.
