Sourced from three single vineyards totaling about 64 acres, Cesani’s Vernaccia is fermented using native yeast and does not go through malolactic fermentation. The wine is enriched from spending 2-3 months on its lees.
2023 Selvapiana Petrognano

90% Chardonnay, 10% Sauvignon Blanc
One of the most famous producers of Chianti Rufina, Selvapiana fashions this sprightly white from 15 – 20 year-old vines planted in the subregion of Pomino. The wine is aged for 5 months in stainless steel prior to bottling.

From the town of Montepulciano rather than the grape of the same name, this elegant, savory red is based on Sangiovese. Fermentation takes place in a combination of concrete vats and stainless steel before  aging in large oak for 3-4 months.
