Correggia produces this classically styled Arneis from vineyards with fine, sandy soils. 30% of the pressed juice is macerated with the skins to add depth and texture to the final wine. The wine rests for four months in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling.

The Ott family has been grape growers in the Wagram since 1889. All the sites which comprise the Fass 4 are biodynamically/organically farmed and all the grapes are harvested by hand. The hand harvesting allows for more strict grape selection and ultimately finer wines.

Vincent Paris is best known for his prototypical Syrah bottlings from his home village of Cornas, however, he also produces this lone white from an estate vineyard planted about 20 years ago. The wine is fermented and then aged for 6 months in neutral oak casks.
