2020 Louis Michel Chablis
On Sale for $31.99
Chablis / France
100% Chardonnay
Domaine Louis Michel possesses eight different plots within the Chablis Villages appellation located on both sides of the Serein River, the defining waterway of the zone. These vineyards, near those of the Premier Crus Forêts, Vaillons, and Montée de Tonnerre, are employed to create this unoaked Chardonnay.
2019 Thibault Liger-Belair Les Charmes
On Sale for $29.99
Mâconnais et Chalonnaise / France
100% Chardonnay
Fermented and aged in stainless steel, Thibault’s Les Charmes takes its name from its main source vineyard in Macon Lugny. A smaller amount of Montagny fruit is also employed here, adding weight and tension.
2020 Vincent Morey Bourgogne Blanc
Chassagne-Montrachet / Côtes de Beaune / France
100% Chardonnay
The eldest son of Bernard Morey, Vincent’s generously rich and immaculate Bourgogne Blanc recalls the great wines made by his father. The source vineyards for this bottling are located at the bottom of the Chassagne slope and across the road.
2017 Hofmann-Jayer
Hautes-Côtes de Beaune

Hautes-Côtes de Beaune / France
100% Pinot Noir
60-year-old vines from two different parcels contribute to this classically styled Pinot Noir, offering tender aromas of grilled herb and red cherry. The wine is raised in a combination of small barrels and terracotta jars.
2019 Jean-Marc Boillot Volnay
Volnay / Côtes de Beaune / France
100% Pinot Noir
Sourced from a ¾ acre of 25–55-year-old vines, Boillot’s Village level Volnay is aged for 13 months in 25% new French oak barrels. Rich, succulent and leading with fruit, the 2019 will evolve positively over the next few years.
2015 Joseph Roty
Les Clos de Jeu
Marsannay / Côte de Nuits / France
100% Pinot Noir
Very old vines (80 years of age) inform this firm, rustic example of Pinot Noir. Once past the wine’s initial burly exterior, one finds many shades of red and black fruit.
