The wine is fermented using natural yeast and aged for 14 months in 25% new French oak. |

Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Picardin Owned by the famous negociant Guigal, Chateau Nalys produces their Blanc primarily from the Roussanne and Grenache Blanc varietals. Aged partially in oak barrels, this sturdy white is built for short term aging. |
| 2016 Lignier-Michelot Villages Vieilles Vignes On Sale for $64 | Chambolle Musigny / Côte de Nuits / France 100% Pinot Noir Sourced from two sites, one planted in 1955 and one in 1957. One site (“Drazey”) is planted in limestone and located directly below the Grand Cru Bonnes Mares and the other (“Gamaires”) features clay soil. The grapes are only 50% de-stemmed and the resulting wine spends 12 months in French oak barrels of which 20% are first use. |
