2019 JB Boudier Les Combes

100% Chardonnay
Sourced from a tiny ½ acre plot located just below the Grand Cru of Corton Charlemagne, Boudier’s Les Combes is the product of stony soils. The wine is fermented using natural yeast and aged for 14 months in 25% new French oak.
2019 Nalys Blanc

Roussanne. Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Picardin
Owned by the famous negociant Guigal, Chateau Nalys produces their Blanc primarily from the Roussanne and Grenache Blanc varietals. Aged partially in oak barrels, this sturdy white is built for short term aging.
2016 Lignier-Michelot Villages Vieilles Vignes

Chambolle Musigny / Côte de Nuits / France
100% Pinot Noir
Sourced from two sites, one planted in 1955 and one in 1957. One site (“Drazey”) is planted in limestone and located directly below the Grand Cru Bonnes Mares and the other (“Gamaires”) features clay soil. The grapes are only 50% de-stemmed and the resulting wine spends 12 months in French oak barrels of which 20% are first use.
2016 Vajra Albe

Albe translates as “sunrise” and is used here to reference the high elevation sites from which this bottling is sourced. The Vaira family have been farming organically for longer than most in Barolo and their wines are always elegant and pleasure-filled.
2014 Lopez Heredia Bosconia

The single vineyard El Bosque is the source for Lopez Heredia’s Bosconia bottling. The vines here are 40 years-old and are dominated by Tempranillo. The resulting wine is aged for five years in American oak barrels prior to additional aging in bottle.
