Le Haut Lieu is the oldest vineyard employed by the Huet family, having been originally planted in 1928. The soils here are heavy in brown clay which imparts body and accessibility to the wine.

50% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne, 20% Viognier
Located across the river from Chateauneuf-du-Pape, the Lirac appellation is known for producing more elegant wines than its famous neighbor to the east. The Lafond Blanc combines the minerality of Grenache Blanc with the exotic aromatics of Roussanne and Viognier.

100% Pinot Noir
No less than five single vineyards are employed to produce this lovely cuvee. The wine is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels of which 10% are first use. Only native yeast is used for all fermentation.

70% Grenache, 10% Mourvedre, 10% Syrah 5% Vaccarese, 5% Muscardin
The vines employed for this cuvee average 40 years of age and are planted in a combination of clay, pebbles and sand. The resulting wine is fermented in concrete and aged for 12 months in a combination of new and used large oak barrels.
