20-120 year-old vines planted in decomposed granite and sand are employed for this Atlantic Ocean influenced white. The wine is fermented using indigenous yeast and spends 6 – 9 months on its fine lees in steel tanks prior to bottling. Expressing a combination of minerals and citrus fruits, this wine will evolve positively for up to five years.
