Nose: Cooked agave, pepper, light cut grass, light citrusy alcohol, licorice, an undefinable soft creamy note.
Taste: agave sweetness, peppery, licorice/anise, citrusy grapefruit white flesh, earthy mineral, alcohol. Finishes well with just a little lingering agave flavor.
El Pandillo G4 Tequila Reposado 80 proof…$51.99
Nose: Cooked agave, oak, black pepper, heat
Taste: Cooked agave, oak, vanilla, and black pepper- though milder than on the nose
Finish: Light, but long and smooth with notes of warm spice
Tierra Noble Tequila Anejo 80 proof…$42.99
Aroma: Strong oaky presence, sweet notes of vanilla, caramel, molasses, maple syrup. Dried fruits/raisins. Light agave.
Flavor: Whiskey, barrel spice, butter (texture), dates. Chocolate and nutty notes in the profile. Not a lot of agave, medium finish/feel, bourbon experience that might be a great starter for whiskey lovers.
