Famille Brocard ‘Margote’ Chardonnay, Vin de France 2017

Regular price: $14.99

Sale Price: $11.99

Crisp and clean, this unoaked Chardonnay from the esteemed Chablis producer Jean-Marc Brocard is sourced from Loire, Languedoc and Burgundy. Fresh and refreshing it’s a great summer Chardonnay and the perfect response to the ABC (anything but Chardonnay) crowd.

Château de Manissy ‘La Belle Etoile’ Rosé, Vin de France 2017

Regular Price $13.99

Sale price $10.99

This is a bright, fresh Rosé of Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache from organically certified vineyards owned by wine-maker Florian André’s mother. Given the name “beautiful star” by the Manissy Brotherhood’s missionary priest, the grapes originate from sun-washed plain rich in limestone.

L’Epicourchois Cour-Cheverny 2015

Regular Price $34.99

Sale price $17.99

These grapes are from 100 year old vines and are vinified in old large oak vats. The wine spends lengthy time on its lies and in bottle before release. Hence, the wine is big and rich with appreciable grip. Not excessively fruity, it is shows more field grass and nut aromas and flavors than fresh fruit, with a backdrop of dried, tart apricots. It’s really quite interesting and really delicious.

Chateau de Vaugelas Corbieres 2014

Regular Price $21.99

Sale price $14.99

Super classy red blend for the Rhone lover! Red and black fruits, mineral, wild herbs and smooth and supple tannins. Not overbearing, just really lovely to drink with mixed cheeses, lamb and pork dishes.

Domaine Vincent Paris ‘Les Cotes’ Saint-Joseph 2016

Regular Price $32.99

Sale price $25.99

One of the best (and best value) wines of the Northern Rhone this is of 100% Syrah and rather than the intensely brooding style typical of the region, this wine is rich and full but surprisingly nimble and energetic. Dense dark berry, plum and mocha leads to an invigorating finish.

Chateau Lanessan Haut-Médoc 2015

Regular price: $27.99

Sale Price: $21.99

This is classic Bordeaux with a few modern touches…meant to be consumed rather than cellared. Bold fruit but the minerality is apparent, along with the integrated oak. Well balanced with enough tannins to give it depth and interest.
