Domaine Louis Michel possesses eight different plots within the Chablis Villages appellation located on both sides of the Serein river, the defining waterway of the zone. These vineyards, near those of the Premier Crus Forêts, Vaillons, and Montée de Tonnerre, are employed to create this unoaked Chardonnay.
2024 JM Boillot Bourgogne Blanc

Jean-Marc Boillot comes from a long line of storied Burgundians from his father Henri to his maternal grandfather Etienne Sauzet. He has inherited most of his vineyards from these ancestors and now runs his estate from the village of Pommard.
2025 Collotte Rose

100% Pinot Noir
Marsannay is the only village afforded appellation status for their Rose wines. Collotte’s is a textbook example, firm and rich with plenty of red fruit. The vines employed  are between 30 and 60 years of age and the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel.

From vineyards located very near Pernand, this aromatic Pinot Noir offers a lovely combination of red fruit and forest floor. The wine is aged briefly in oak, none of which is first use.
2023 Jadot Greves

The 1er Cru Greves is located overlooking the town of Beaune with an ideal southwest exposure. The grapes are all harvested by hand and the wine is aged for 16-18 months in French oak barrels of which 30% are first use. 
2023 Collotte Champsolomon

One of Collotte’s top cuvees, the Champsolomon is sourced from 50 year-old vines planted in soft limestone. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, 25% of which are first use.
