Sourced from a 10-acre plot, La Rame fashions this Bordeaux Blanc from hand harvested fruit. The wine is fermented in stainless steel prior to a 6 months refinement on its fine lees.

From a small parcel rich in sand and stone, En Pres Forets is aged in a combination of stainless steel (90%) and large oak barrels (10%). The wine is focused and fragrant, offering a slightly salty personality.

The Juillot family has been cultivating grapes in the Cote Chalonnaise for four generations. The Bourgogne Rouge  is sourced from 35-50 year-old vines planted in clay and limestone. Aging takes place in both small barrels and large casks.
