The vines for La Grange Daniel are roughly 15 years of age and planted in a mixture of clay and stones. The organic grapes are all hand harvested early in the morning with every step taken to preserve the vibrancy of the Roussanne fruit.

The Miocene Blanc relies on the minerality and freshness of Clairette combined with the flashy, exotic aromatics of Roussanne. The vines employed are planted in clay, sand and limestone. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel.
